As one of the growing outsourcing companies in the region and due to our development strategy plan, we are looking for a dedicated Bid Manager to acquire with us together new clients. Currently, our company has over 120 employees at three different locations: Belgrade, Nis and Banja Luka.

Introduction In addition to the systematic approach of acquisition, we are looking for someone who has connections and experience in the Outsourcing branch and knows how to acquire B2B clients who relocate individual services, sub-areas, or business processes. This position requires working directly with clients, senior management and CEO and high personal skills are essential.  



Your profile:

  • Experience selling Outsourcing services (Inbound projects in Call Center, Secretary Services, IT support etc.)
  • Good knowledge and connections with potential clients
  • High social and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel



Area of responsibility:

  • Managing the entire sales cycle – from first contact until closing the deal
  • Handling meetings and presentations
  • Generating offer together with senior management
